To properly send emails, you need to check and configure your email client’s SMTP (outgoing mail) settings.

SMTP Server Configuration

If you are using our service, set the outgoing mail server as follows:

mail.yourdomain.xx (e.g., mail.pippo.it)

Make sure the following options are set:

Authentication required: Yes (use the same credentials as incoming mail)
Secure connection (SSL): No

Important: Sending Limits

To prevent blocking issues with our IPs or your connection IP, we’ve implemented limits on recipients in CC and BCC fields.

From Outlook, you can send to a maximum of:

30 recipients in CC/BCC per single email in Low Cost and €74 Business plans
150 recipients per email in Advanced Business plans

For web-based mailing lists, the hourly sending limits are:

200 emails/hour for Low Cost and basic Business plans
1,500 emails/hour for full Business plans
